IN OTHER WORDS

Last season, Hawaiian powerbroker Pancho Sullivan made history by being the oldest rookie to ever get his start on the Foster’s ASP World Tour. At 33-years old, the collective surfing community was all smiles at the thought of the big man sinking his fangs into the powerful walls of Teahupoo and Bells. However, in an ironic twist of fate, Sullivan found his best results at the smaller waves on tour (i.e. 3rd at Duranbah Beach – Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast. Squeaking onto this season’s Dream Tour in the last requalifying spot, expect Pancho to up his game from last season, and finally muscle his way through some of the power waves on tour.
